These Arena Rules govern the partnership between Sportizza and venue owners ("Partners") who list their sports facilities on our platform. By registering as a Partner on Sportizza, you agree to comply with these rules and all applicable terms.
Sportizza operates as a booking platform connecting players with sports arenas across Sri Lanka. As a Partner, you gain access to our platform to showcase your facilities and receive bookings from players.
These Arena Rules apply to:
- All venue owners and administrators listing courts on Sportizza
- All sports facilities listed on our platform
- All interactions between Partners and Sportizza
Partnership Requirements
To become a Sportizza Partner, you must meet the following requirements:
1. Business Registration
- You must provide valid business registration documents
- Your business must be legally authorized to operate sports facilities in Sri Lanka
- You must maintain all required licenses and permits for your facility
2. Venue Verification
- All venues undergo a verification process before listing approval
- Sportizza reserves the right to conduct on-site inspections
- Verification may include document review, photo verification, and facility assessment
3. Required Documentation
- Business registration certificate
- National ID or passport of the authorized representative
- Proof of ownership or lease agreement for the facility
- Valid contact information (phone, email, address)
4. Minimum Facility Standards
- Safe and well-maintained playing surfaces
- Adequate lighting for the sport type
- Basic amenities (restrooms, parking where applicable)
- Proper safety equipment and first aid availability
- Clean and hygienic environment
Subscription Plans

Sportizza offers tiered subscription plans to meet the needs of different venues. All plans are billed monthly.

- Standard listing on the platform
- Basic booking management tools

- Limited visibility in search results
- Ideal for small venues or new partners
2. Standard Plan
- Enhanced listing with priority placement
- Advanced booking management and calendar tools
- Phone and email support
- Analytics dashboard with basic insights
- Featured in category listings
- Recommended for established venues
3. Premium Plan
- Maximum visibility and top search placement
- Full analytics suite with detailed insights
- Dedicated account manager
- Priority customer support
- Marketing and promotional features
- Custom branding options
- Best for high-volume venues
Payment Terms
- All subscription fees are payable monthly in advance
- Payments are due on the first of each month
- Late payments may result in temporary listing suspension
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, online payment
Plan Changes
- You may upgrade your plan at any time (prorated billing applies)
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial months on downgrades

📋 Maintaining Accurate and Quality Listings
1. Venue Information
- All information must be accurate and up-to-date
- Include complete address with clear directions
- Specify all available sports and court types
- List all amenities accurately
2. Photos and Media
- High-quality photos of facilities are required
- Photos must accurately represent current conditions
- Minimum 3 photos per venue recommended
- No misleading or outdated images
3. Pricing Transparency
- Display accurate pricing for all court types
- Clearly indicate any additional fees
- Update prices promptly when changes occur
- Honor the prices displayed on your listing
4. Availability Updates
- Keep your availability calendar current
- Update immediately when courts are unavailable
- Block dates for maintenance or private events promptly
- Inaccurate availability affects your listing ranking
5. Prohibited Content
- No false or misleading information
- No inappropriate or offensive content
- No contact information in listing descriptions (to prevent off-platform bookings)
- No promotional content for competing platforms

1. Responding to Bookings
- Acknowledge all bookings promptly
- Confirm court availability for each booking
- Prepare facilities before the booked time slot
2. Cancellation Policies
- Set clear cancellation policies for your venue
- Honor refund policies as stated in your listing
- Notify Sportizza of any venue-initiated cancellations
- Excessive cancellations may affect your listing status
3. No-Show Handling
- Document no-shows through the platform
- Follow your stated no-show policy consistently
- Report repeated no-shows for platform action
4. Customer Communication
- Maintain professional communication with players
- Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
- Use the Sportizza platform for booking-related communication
- Provide clear instructions for accessing your facility
Payment Collection
💳 Pay After Play Model
1. How It Works
- Sportizza is a booking-only platform
- All player payments are collected directly by you (the venue) after the session is completed
- Sportizza does not process player payments
2. Your Responsibilities
- Collect payment from players after their session
- Set your own payment methods (cash, card, etc.)
- Handle any payment disputes directly with players
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
3. Sportizza Subscription Fees
- Your monthly subscription fee is separate from player payments
- Subscription fees are paid directly to Sportizza
- Failure to pay subscription fees may result in listing suspension

As a Sportizza Partner, you agree to:
1. Maintain Quality Standards
- Keep facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Address maintenance issues promptly
- Meet all health and safety regulations
2. Honor Bookings
- Accept and honor all confirmed bookings
- Provide the services as described in your listing
- Do not overbook or double-book courts
- Accommodate players during their booked time slots
3. Professional Conduct
- Treat all players with respect and professionalism
- Resolve disputes fairly and promptly
- Respond to feedback constructively
- Maintain a positive reputation on the platform
4. Platform Compliance
- Follow all Sportizza policies and guidelines
- Keep your account information current
- Report any issues or concerns to Sportizza
- Do not circumvent the platform for off-platform bookings
Violations & Termination
⚠️ Policy Enforcement
1. Types of Violations
- Minor violations: Inaccurate information, slow response times
- Major violations: Canceling confirmed bookings, safety issues
- Severe violations: Fraud, off-platform booking solicitation, harassment
2. Warning System
- First violation: Written warning via email
- Second violation: Temporary listing suspension (7 days)
- Third violation: Extended suspension (30 days)
- Repeated violations: Permanent termination
3. Immediate Termination
Sportizza reserves the right to immediately terminate partnerships for:
- Fraudulent activity
- Safety hazards that endanger players
- Illegal activities
- Severe Terms of Service violations
4. Termination Process
- Written notice will be provided
- You may appeal within 14 days
- Subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause
- Outstanding fees remain payable

- Reviews include ratings and written feedback
- Reviews are visible on your listing
2. Responding to Reviews
- You may respond to reviews professionally
- Address concerns raised in negative reviews
- Do not harass or pressure players about reviews
3. Rating Impact
- Your average rating affects search placement
- Consistently low ratings may trigger a review of your partnership
- Exceptional ratings may unlock additional benefits
