How do I find and book a sports arena?
Browse arenas on the Arenas page, filter by sport and location, pick a venue, then choose a court and time slot that works for you. Complete your reservation online and you will receive a booking confirmation with the details you need for arrival.
Can I book for the same day or at short notice?
Yes, when the arena has availability. Slots shown in the calendar are live—if you see a time, you can book it. Popular venues fill up fast on evenings and weekends, so booking earlier improves your chances.
How and when do I pay for a booking?
Sportizza is a booking-only platform: we do not process, collect, or store player payment details for court bookings. Payment methods and amounts are decided by each sports venue. You pay the arena directly after your session (Pay After Play), as described in our Terms of Use. Ask the venue if you are unsure which methods they accept.
Where do I see my booking confirmation?
After a successful booking, you will see a confirmation screen and can access the reservation from your dashboard (when logged in). Keep your confirmation handy; some arenas may ask for it at check-in.

Do I need an account to book?
You will need to sign up or log in to complete a booking so we can secure your reservation, send confirmations, and let you manage upcoming sessions from one place. You must be at least 16 years old to use Sportizza, as stated in our Terms of Use.
What is the difference between a player and an arena owner account?
Players use Sportizza to discover venues and book courts. Arena owners use Sportizza to list facilities, manage availability, and handle bookings from their dashboard. You choose the account type when you sign up.
How do I update my contact details?
Log in and open your profile or account settings from the navigation menu. Keeping your phone number and email current ensures you receive reminders and support if something changes with your booking.
For arena owners
Listing your venue and growing bookings on Sportizza.
How do I list my arena on Sportizza?
Start from List Your Arena (or the owner signup flow), add your business details, courts, pricing, and photos, then submit for review. Venues go through verification (documents, accurate listing details, and sometimes on-site checks) before approval, as outlined in our Arena Rules for partners.
Can I control pricing and opening hours?
Yes. You set court rates, hours, and availability in your owner tools. You must keep pricing and calendars accurate and honor the prices shown on your listing. Partners also follow subscription and listing rules described in our Arena Rules (including how player payments work: venues collect payment after play, not Sportizza).
How do customers find my venue?
Live arenas appear in search and on the Arenas map/list with your branding, photos, and available slots. Completing your profile and keeping the calendar accurate helps you rank well with players browsing in your area.
Cancellations, refunds & conduct

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations and refunds follow each sports complex’s policy and the Refund & Cancellation terms in our Terms of Use. Sportizza does not process player payments, so refund requests are handled by the venue. Cancel or adjust through your booking or dashboard when the product allows, or contact the venue directly; use our Contact page for platform-related help.
What behaviour is expected at partner arenas?
Use the platform lawfully and respectfully (see Permitted Use in our Terms of Use). At the venue, follow staff instructions, dress and safety rules, and house policies. Serious or repeated misuse may lead to suspension or termination of your account under those Terms. Our Arena Rules document focuses on venue partners’ obligations; players should rely on the Terms of Use and each arena’s own rules.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
For payment or refund questions, contact the sports venue first—Sportizza does not process those transactions. For the Sportizza platform, use our Contact page or email support@sportizza.com; include your booking ID in the subject when possible (see Terms of Use). For emergencies at a facility, follow the venue’s on-site guidance, then contact us if the matter relates to the app or a partner listing.
