By accessing, registering with, or using Sportizza, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Use, you must immediately discontinue access to and use of the Sportizza platform.

Your use of Sportizza constitutes acceptance of these Terms:

• Account registration and management
• Court bookings and reservations
• Use of all related services

Acceptance Acknowledgment

By using Sportizza, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated in these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Sportizza is provided strictly for personal and non-commercial use.

You agree that you shall NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, download, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission
• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to bypass system security or access restrictions

You may only use the platform to:

• Browse available sports courts
• Create and manage your user account
• Make online court reservations for personal use

Any use outside these permitted purposes is strictly prohibited.

Important Notice:

Each sports court or sports complex listed on Sportizza operates independently and publishes its own booking, cancellation, and refund policies.

By making a booking, you agree to:

• The individual terms and cancellation policies of the selected sports complex
• The Refund & Cancellation Policy of Sportizza

Platform Role

Sportizza acts only as a technology booking intermediary and does not operate, manage, or control any listed sports complex.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Sportizza platform.

User Responsibilities

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and bookings
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept that all activity under your account shall be deemed to be performed by you

Account Rights

Sportizza reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Booking Process

All bookings are made strictly online through Sportizza and are subject to real-time availability as updated by respective sports complexes.

Once a booking is confirmed, it is governed by:

• The selected sports complex's cancellation & refund policy
• Sportizza Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sportizza is not responsible for:

• Court conditions and maintenance
• Coach availability
• Facility quality
• Service failures at the sports complex

Booking-Only Platform

Sportizza is a booking-only platform. We do not process, collect, or store any payment information.

All payments are collected directly by the sports venue/arena after your session is completed (Pay After Play model).

Your Responsibility

• Payment terms, methods, and amounts are determined by the individual sports complex
• You are responsible for settling payments directly with the venue after using their facilities
• Sportizza is not involved in any payment transactions between you and the venue

Pricing Structure

• Court prices are set by the individual sports complexes
• All pricing and payment terms are determined by the venue

Important Notice

As Sportizza does not handle payments, all pricing inquiries should be directed to the respective sports venue.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation matters are governed by the individual sports complex's cancellation policy.

Platform Role

Since Sportizza does not process payments, all refund requests must be directed to and handled by the sports venue where you made the booking. Sportizza acts only as a booking intermediary and is not responsible for payment disputes or refunds between users and venues.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Sportizza including but not limited to the following is the exclusive intellectual property of Sportizza and its licensors:

• Logos and designs
• Text and content
• Layouts and interfaces
• Software and databases

Restrictions

You may NOT copy, reuse, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent. "Sportizza" and its logo are protected trademarks.

Service Disclaimer

Sportizza is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not warrant:

• Continuous, error-free operation
• Accuracy of court availability at all times
• Uninterrupted access

Sportizza shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect losses
• Missed games or court access
• Payment disputes with venues
• Refund delays by sports complexes
• Physical injuries at sports venues
• Property loss at sports complexes

Right to Modify Terms

Sportizza reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.

Effective Date

Updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Account Rights

Sportizza reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account or cancel bookings without notice where there is:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the platform
• Security threats

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
